The production end is equipped with 3 automated three-layer co-extrusion dry cross-linking production lines, 20 dedicated production lines for wires and cables, and a full set of automated production equipment including wire drawing machines, wire bundling machines, cable forming machines, extruders, high-speed braiding machines, etc. The testing end is equipped with 30 precision instruments, including high-voltage test benches, voltage withstand testers, partial discharge detectors, thermal aging chambers, electronic tensile machines, low-temperature testing machines, cable projectors, spark testers, combustion testers, DC resistance testing equipment, etc., enabling comprehensive and precise testing from raw materials to finished products.
