Low-end flat wires on the market may use recycled mixed copper or undersized conductors, which can increase resistance, voltage drop and heat generation under load. Our PVC Insulated Flat Copper Wire uses high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors and is manufactured according to applicable national standards, with controlled conductor cross-section and finished length. The full and uniform conductor structure supports stable conductivity and current-carrying performance when the correct specification is selected for the actual load.
Some low-cost products use recycled PVC or thinner insulation materials with lower mechanical strength, which may become brittle at low temperatures or soften under excessive heat. This product uses virgin PVC material with a double-layer insulation and sheath structure, providing resistance to bending, wear and normal temperature cycling. The construction helps protect the cable during wall-embedded and conduit installation under suitable operating conditions.
Some ordinary flat wires may have conductor offset, uneven insulation thickness or twisting caused by inconsistent production processes. The product uses high-precision one-step extrusion molding to keep the conductors centered and arranged in parallel, with controlled insulation thickness and a flat finished profile. This construction helps maintain a neat appearance during wall routing and other fixed wiring installations.
Ordinary flat wires without the required flame-retardant specification may continue to burn when exposed to an external flame source. A flame-retardant PVC formulation can be supplied for applications requiring additional fire-performance characteristics. Applicable flame-retardant versions are designed to help limit continued burning after removal of the ignition source, with the specific fire-performance grade and testing requirements confirmed according to the application and destination-market standards.
PVC Insulated Flat Copper Wire is used for whole-house lighting, socket circuits, kitchen and bathroom power connections, and other residential wiring. Its flat profile is suitable for concealed installation in walls, ceilings and floors, helping keep the wiring route compact where installation space is limited.
The flat cable can be used for fixed wiring in office buildings, shops, hotels and other commercial spaces, including lighting circuits, equipment power connections and display circuits. Its flat construction can simplify routing in areas where a compact wiring arrangement is required.
It is suitable for power connections and internal wiring of table lamps, floor lamps, small household appliances and certain small industrial-control devices. The flexible construction makes it easier to route around compact equipment and connection points.
