PVC General Flexible Cord uses a fine-stranded copper conductor that allows the wire to bend, twist and coil more easily during installation. It can be routed through conduits, narrow ceiling spaces and compact equipment interiors where rigid conductors are less convenient to handle.
The PVC insulation is applied through controlled extrusion to maintain the specified thickness and surface quality. A properly formed insulation layer provides electrical separation between the conductor and external contact. Flame-retardant insulation can be supplied when required by the product specification.
Copper conductors provide good electrical conductivity with controlled conductor resistance. Selecting the appropriate cross-sectional area according to circuit load and voltage requirements helps control voltage drop and heat generation during normal operation.
The multi-stranded construction accommodates normal bending, twisting and repositioning during installation and use. It is suitable for indoor equipment wiring, lighting connections, appliance connections and other applications where some degree of flexibility is required.

The conductor uses high-purity oxygen-free copper without recycled copper being intentionally mixed into the conductor material. Conductor dimensions and finished roll length are controlled during production. Third-party inspection of size and length can also be arranged when required.
It can be used for household wiring, lighting connections, small home appliances, office equipment and other indoor low-voltage electrical connections. It is mainly intended for indoor applications and should not be selected for long-term outdoor exposure unless the complete product specification is suitable for those conditions.
