The conductor is made of high-purity finely-stranded flexible copper material, featuring great conductivity, superior flexibility and anti-breakage performance. Insulation and sheath adopt premium PVC polyvinyl chloride material with good aging-resistance and stable insulation performance. Environment-friendly qualified raw materials guarantee long-term reliable cable operation.
Mainly used for internal connection and flexible installation of electric appliances, instruments and equipment, industrial power distribution, electric control equipment and wiring under complex conditions.
Suitable for fixed or semi-fixed installation in low-voltage electrical systems and construction projects requiring high wiring flexibility; wiring inside distribution boxes and control cabinets; industrial automation and equipment manufacturing; temporary power consumption and special-purpose engineering projects.
Delivery shall be subject to mutual agreement between both parties.
Cables shall be neatly wound on delivery reels with well-sealed ends. The exposed cable length outside the reel shall meet testing requirements. Only cables of the same model and specification shall be wound on one delivery reel.
Standard length for PVC insulated flexible wire is 100 m per reel. Alternative delivery lengths are acceptable upon mutual confirmation.

CE certification is available for applicable specifications to support European customs clearance and import compliance requirements in different markets.
The copper core PVC insulated flexible wire uses high-purity oxygen-free stranded copper. Its low conductor resistance helps reduce power loss and heat generation during normal operation. When operated within its rated load and installation conditions, the conductor is designed to maintain the required electrical performance. Raw materials are inspected to help maintain consistent conductivity.
The copper core PVC insulated flexible wire uses multiple fine copper strands, providing good flexibility for routine bending and movement. It can be used for internal wiring in cabinets, motors, instruments and other equipment where a flexible conductor is required.
The PVC insulation of the copper core PVC insulated flexible wire is designed to operate within -15℃ to 70℃ under the specified conditions. The insulation provides moisture resistance for normal indoor environments, including kitchens and bathrooms, but the wire should not be exposed to prolonged direct immersion in water.
Common cross-section sizes are kept in regular stock for faster delivery. The conventional MOQ is 1 roll, while larger orders can be arranged according to the required quantity and specification. Special sizes or configurations can be discussed according to project requirements.
Conventional copper core PVC insulated flexible wire can be supplied with flame-retardant PVC when required by the applicable specification. It can be considered for wiring applications in commercial buildings such as offices, shopping malls and hotels when the selected construction, rating and applicable electrical requirements are suitable. Upgraded flame-retardant versions are also available for projects with additional fire-performance requirements.
